Since most of our items are one-of-a-kinds and are products change frequently, we do not offer a catalogue.
Shipping and Handling We pride ourselves in timely deliveries. In stock items ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Out of stock Items and specialty items ship within one to three weeks from purchase. In the situation of longer delays, you will be notified. For standard shipping please allow three to ten business days after it ships. Sunday and Monday (Fed Ex delivers on Saturdays for home delivery) do not count as shipping days. In the event that you need your purchase sooner, please notify us for your options. We generally use Fed Ex Ground to deliver almost all of our shipments and all orders are insured for the total value. Items weighing one pound or less may be sent US Postal Service. We regret that we can no longer ship outside the United States. We hope you love opening your package from us! They are carefully wrapped and may include a beautiful surprise! Shipping Charges
This applies to all items except Paris Flea Market items and Jewelry which the shipping price is stated with each individual item and over size packages, such as large custom frames, or any packages that weigh 30 pounds or more. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges to reflect the true shipping amount in these instances.
Sales Tax Sales tax in the amount of 8.25% applies to all Texas Residents only! Please call us if you have a Texas Resale tax number.
Custom Orders Many Items on our site can be custom ordered such as our art frames, Paris Flea Market Designs, Mosaics etc. We require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. The balance is due plus shipping the day the order is shipped. You will be able to view a photo of the finished product via e-mail before it is shipped for your approval and we will make every effort to insure you are happy with your purchase!
Customer Satisfaction - Returns We want all of our customers to be absolutely delighted in their purchases. Therefore, we ask if you have any questions or doubts, please call or e-mail us before you make your purchase. All items sold as is without warranty or guarantee. All sales are final with the exception of items that are defective. In the event of this situation, please let us know within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment and we will be glad to assist you in an exchange, credit, or refund. Other authorized returns, which are subject to our approval, must be returned in their exact packaging and box, insured for the total amount, in mint condition and within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment. A refund will be given less the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Damaged Shipments Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately of shipping damage. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Instead, report damaged shipment to ShabbyTiques.com and to Fed Ex, who will usually arrange to pick up and inspect the package at your location. Keep all of the packaging intact exactly as it was received. If you return a damaged package without authorization, the insurance claim will not be honored.

We may also require other personal information, but we will not sell it or share it with any third parties. Ordering Information Many of the items on our site such as Flea Market Finds, Paris Flea Market Designs, and vintage jewelry are one of a kind items, and once they're gone ... they're gone. Other items on the site may be available only in limited quantities. We are not experts and many of our items are either vintage or antiques, therefore not perfect. One of a kind items are non returnable, so please make sure you ask any questions before you make your purchase. Layaway may be available on some items; just ask!
Online Ordering This is the most convenient form of ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal which accepts almost all forms of credit cards. When you are finished shopping, simply click the checkout button, fill out the form and then submit your order. It's that easy!
